| 2009 USSVI & ISA-USA Joint Convention |
| The 2009 National USSVI Convention will be a "joint" convention with shipmates from the International Submariners Association. This will be a great addition to the convention and presents a real opportunity for submariners from around the globe to share our commond bond of service aboard submarines. While you are in America's Finest City you can keep yourself as busy as you want. The 2009 Convention has decided to support "Independent Ops" for all attendees. They will have a HELP DESK set up near the registration desks to help individuals or small groups get out and visit the many things to see in the city and the area. The Convention Committee has briefed the Commanding Officer of Naval Base
Point Loma and the Commodore of Submarine Squadron Eleven and have received their full support for the Convention. They are agressively working with both
commands to organize sponsored tours on the base and hopefully aboard a submarine (if available).

| 2010 USSVI National Convention |
| The Cincinnati Base will host the 2010 USSVI and WWII Submarine Veterans National Convention at the Drawbridge Inn in Fort Mitchell, KY
The Convention will be August 30 through September 6. There will many exciting activities and events along with Boat Reunions. You may contact the Cincinnati Base Commander, Roger Crombie at pigboat1@woh.rr.com for information pertaining to the Convention.

| 2011 USSVI National Convention |
| The OZARK/RUNNER BASE and the City of Springfield, MO invite you to join us for the 2011 National Convention of the USSVI in Springfield, MO. from Mon. Sept 5 to Sun. Sept 11, 2011. The host Base is the OZARK/RUNNER SS476 BASE. The Convention Chairman is Ron Athey TMC (SS) USN Ret (rondo_94590@yahoo.com or 1-417-763-0935).
The host city is Springfield, Mo. The Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) can be reached at 1-800-678-8767 or www.Travel-Springfield.com. They are looking forward to helping you with information or answering any of your questions on this area. Please feel free to contact them.
