Oct.  2001 The Requin Base/Tri-State Base annual social was held on Oct. 12-14 at Romney, WV.   We rode the train Potomac Eagle through the colorful West Virginia countryside and the south fork of the Potomac River. We also placed a wreath at the WWII Memorial at the Hampshire Post 91 American Legion in Romney in memory of Admiral "Fearless Freddie" Warder.
