A site I use for "Used Books." It also is a good place to determine value. You need title and author or you can search just on author for all of their writings.

BookWeb   http://www.bookweb.org/bd-bin/search_bd

Maybe you're looking for a bookstore that has books on Asia, or carries USGS maps? Search thousands of bookstore descriptions, or search by postal code to find bookstores in your neighborhood.

There are many free books on the Net. Some require Microsoft Reader (Free), others may require Adobe Reader (Free) and others simply come up in your browser.

Microsoft Reader is available at: http://www.microsoft.com/reader/

Adobe Reader at: http://www.acrobat.com/

One of the better sites is at U.of Penn: http://digital.library.upenn.edu/books/
