Shipmates of USSVI First, all of the members of the Topeka-Jefferson City Base are pleased to have been selected to host the 2005 National USSVI Convention in Kansas City, Missouri ... and each and every one of us sincerely thank every one of you who gave us your vote of confidence at the Peoria Business Meeting.
