We sincerely hope that all your members and their families and friends are safe and well. The average person does not realize as a matter of living for democracy we can live and work in an extremely hazardous and unforgiving world in which terrorism is always waiting in the background for an opening to strike with lethal consequences. Tragic events that affect any of our submarine communities always will draw the submarine community around the world even closer together.
