MESSAGE FROM THE NC Date: 20 December 2002 From: John D. Peters - NC A special message of thanks to all Base POCs. Thanks for all you do to keep your base members informed of National Issues. It's really important that all USSVI members be kept abreast of the happenings on a national scale and you are the information 'gateway' into your Base. Because there has been considerable turnover in POCs this past year, let me remind all the new POCs that as you receive them, every Base member with E-mail should have the POC "All Hands" BROADCAST forwarded on to them. Please do not merely delete it as you may for personal Email. Additionally, your Base Newsletter Editor should receive the same material to print the most topical info in your Base Paper for those not on the email net. Good and timely information flow is critical to good decision making and you, as Base POC, are a vital link in this chain of information.
