On Dec 15th, Fred Borgmann and I drew the first winner in the "Early Bird" drawing and the winner was Dennis W. Olson of Hampton Roads Base.

The first drawing consisted of all annual members who renewed their National and Base membership for either 3 or 5 years prior to December 1st. The remainder of the "early birds from the first batch will go back into the pile for the second "Early Bird" drawing in January. Any annual member who renewed their National and Base membership for either 3 or 5 years prior to Jan 1, 2006 will also be in the drawing for a Life membership.
