Also we have an update of files for you to download to your computer for when you are offline. The new file is in zip format, so you will need a zip utility. Some forms are in pdf format, so you will also need the free adobe pdf viewer. The main files are in plain text and html files. Once it is downloaded and opened you can use your computers search function to search the files. Also your note pad, and web browser have search functions in their toolbars. (make sure your notepad options has enabled "word wrap") so the plain text files will be formatted correctly). UPDATE FILE: 04update1 , contains the following: 1. 38 CFR current to March 11, 2004 (plain text). 2. 38 US Code current to 1/1/2002 edition (plain text). 3. 2004 reference guide to veterans benefits from Indiana Veterans Service Office (html version), and 2004 Federal Benefits for Veterans and their Dependents (pdf version). 4. VA forms folder (includes pdf files of health care form, compensation-pension forms and more)(pdf forms). 5. 1/1/2003-3/2004 Federal Circuit, Veterans Court cases, and VA General Counsel Opinions (html format). 6. VVA claims guide; 2004 means test, and more.
