The Department of Defense Health Information Privacy Regulation requires that TRICARE Management Activity make beneficiaries aware once every three years both of the availability of the military health system notice of privacy practices and how to obtain it.

TRICARE beneficiaries may review this notice at the TRICARE Website, call a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act privacy officer at a military treatment facility to request a copy, or submit a written request for a copy of the notice to the TRICARE Management Activity Privacy Office, 5111 Leesburg Pike, Suite 810, Falls Church, VA 22041-3206.
