The response to the VA Hospital visit has been overwhelming.
The Hospital has requested that we limit visitors to 150/night, so as
not to swamp the hospital and it's staff. Therefore I have decided to
expand the visit to two (2) nights, Sept. 3 & 4, from 1700 to 2000.
I requested transportation form NAS Fallon and they cannot or will not
supports us. Therefore I have made arrangements for buses from a
commercial carrier to shuttle us back and forth.
I am asking for a donation of $5/each in order to cover this expense.
Please send your donations to:

Webmaster note:
The following is an e-mail I recently received.
Passed along FYI.
Sid
----------------------------------------------
My father, Doderic Craig, was on the
GROUPER during WW-II and
would like to come to the convention.
I noticed that there was no GROUPER meeting scheduled, so is there
a group of guys he can get in with or ... a GROUPER event that he
can go to with a similar boat that still has some of these good
old timers left?
Thank you for your considerations and courtesies concerning this
matter.
Thank you and respectfully yours,
Lindsay Craig - Reno, Nevada
