Subject: Guidance on the Proper use of the POC LIST

Shipmates,

All information passed on the POC LIST must be germane to USSVI business or to the USSVI purpose.  The LIST is intended to be a way to expedite information to the Bases that is of interest to the Bases.  I am asking that you not use THE POC LIST for e-mailing non-USSVI related items.  Please respect the POC LIST for its intended purpose.

Exercise good judgment and use the POC LIST wisely.
