In addition.............    I will - upon receipt of official notification of a base formation - also include in the USSVI POC NETWORK POINT-OF-CONTACT LISTS a "temporary" e-mail contact for that base.

The "base forming" contact is considered "temporary" until the base members have met and chosen their initial officer roster.

In the interim, this "temporary email address" in the POC LIST will provide the "forming base contact person" with distributions on the POC NETWORK of all-hands notices such as the BROADCASTS and SPECIAL SENDS.

Lastly....   When I receive notification that the base is in-fact officially "launched" and when I have all pertinent contact data in hand, then the "temporary" e-mail address will be deleted and the permanent POC e-mail will be plugged into thr POC LIST for that base.... and you will be notified of same.
